Mike Fletcher joined Systematix in 2007 as a Buyer with a background in Supply Chain Management. In his current role as Manager, Administrative Operations, he leads the purchasing, shipping and administration functions.
Mike looks forward to how each day brings something new and different; working in operations management presents daily challenges, but the environment never becomes stale.
As a manager, Mike believes in allowing employees to develop their own means of getting the job done and only steps in to provide direction when needed. Mike is proud of how he has progressed in his role and is excited for the future of the company: “I joined Systematix over 10 years ago and being part of a company that has doubled in size – both in people and floor space – has made for a rewarding career.”
