Mark Harrison is the Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO) at Systematix. Mark's team in the PMO includes the Project Management group, Service Department and Technical Writing. He enjoys the challenges, opportunities, and experiences working with and leading a talented multi-disciplined team. Starting in 1996 in Mechanical Design, Mark spent twelve years creating systems and solutions for automation in commercial, medical and automotive industries. Progressing to a team lead in 2008, he transitioned into the project management team, becoming the PMO Manager in 2020. Mark has enjoyed successfully leading many projects over his career, from retrofits to multi-million-dollar assembly lines servicing various industries. Mark firmly believes the organization's success comes from building functionally interconnected partnerships with internal teams and customers. As a leader, Mark empowers his teams to suggest process improvements to facilitate team building, clear communication, and solutions for Systematix and our customers. While not involved in an automation company's fast-paced and exciting world, Mark enjoys coaching youth hockey, spending time with his family, and participating in endurance sports, especially triathlon.
