Drop Hammer

A drop hammer is an industrial power hammer used to shape forgings. We work with a variety of sizes and metals including, but not limited to, aluminum, titanium, Iconcel ®, and Hatalloy ®.

Stretch Form

Stretch forming is a metal forming process in which a piece of sheet metal is stretched and bent simultaneously over a die in order to form large contoured parts.

Heat Treat

Heat treating is the process of heating materials to an extreme temperature to harden or soften a material, improving the strength, hardness, toughness, ductility, and corrosion resistance.

Kitting

Our kitting and special process approvals are an extension of our offerings to the marketplace. We are agile and can custom design our offerings around our customer’s needs.
