High-Speed Cutting

High-speed cutting is the process of milling materials at high speeds. The advantages of this process are increased machine accuracy, improved surface finish, reduced bur formation and an improvement in chip evacuation. At Samuel ATG, we have 5 high-speed cutting lines that can produce parts in a variety of shapes and ranging in size from 0.5” (12.7mm) to 3” (76.2mm) with solid bar to 22 GA.
