Finishing

At Samuel ATG, our finishing capabilities treat the exterior surface of metal products to provide a complementary layer.

Heat Treating

At Samuel ATG, we follow a heat treating welding process to retain the strength of welded joints.

Testing Capabilities

In-House laboratory testing & failure analysis is an important process to ensure customers are receiving products that match the quality and expectations they require.

Machining & Cutting

Samuel ATG offers automated machining of welded, drawn or seamless stainless components.

Bending

With 55 benders, we can produce parts ranging in size from 0.5” (12.7 mm) to 6” (152.4 mm) OD and in thickness from 0.25” (6.35mm) to 0.022” (0.558mm).

CNC Machining

We have 6 CNC machining centers with the capability to machine parts up to 60” (1524mm) x 60” (1524mm) x 60” (1524mm).

High-Speed Cutting

We have 5 high-speed cutting lines that can produce parts in a variety of shapes and ranging in size from 0.5” (12.7mm) to 3” (76.2mm) with solid bar to 22 GA.

Laser Cutting

We have 5 laser cutting machines that can produce parts in a variety of shapes and sizes.

Stainless Services

Our facilities are equipped with the capabilities, equipment and materials needed to meet your stainless servicing needs.

Tubing

At Samuel ATG, we provide tubing products in stainless steel and high nickel alloys that are dependable dimensional control for critical tolerance applications.

Welding

At Samuel ATG, our welded assembly capabilities include 18 robotic mig welding cells, manual mig and tig welding and lathe welding.
