At Sierra Aluminum we offer a complete range of in-house value-added services such as: Anodizing, Painting, Thermal Improvement, Fabrication, and Specialized Packaging.

With over 800,000 square feet of manufacturing space spread across six different facilities and seven extrusion presses ranging in size from 7’ to 9’, we support our high-volume customers with the highest quality of products and services. We specialize in the 6000 (6005A, 6061, 6063) series alloys. Our experienced extrusion die personnel can work with any design to make it extrudable. Thanks to our comprehensive, preventative die maintenance program, we assure the highest quality of extruded parts for our customers.

Anodizing Service

At Sierra Aluminum, we have an in-house capability to anodize parts using a two-step duranodic finish in clear, bronze and black.

Painting

At Sierra Aluminum, we operate two electrostatic “wet” paint lines – vertical and horizontal, and we have the capability to paint to customer specified color.

Thermal Improvements

At Sierra Aluminum, we offer two types of in-house thermal improvements. These include the pour and de-bridge and insulating strut systems.

Fabrication

Sierra Aluminum offers a variety of in-house aluminum fabrication services.

Specialized Packaging

At Sierra Aluminum, we have an in-house capability to provide specialized packaging services to our clients.
