Please note, these resources are available to all US team members enrolled in the United Health Care Medical Plan.

Access a team of coaches who are all fully certified and/or have a master’s degree, who can help support you and your child or teen through a range of challenges, including:

• Depression
• Anxiety
• Bullying
• Living with obsessive-compulsive disorder
• Overcoming stress
• Sleep issues
• Living with ADHD
• Substance abuse
• Anger issues
• Trauma
• Self-esteem issues

This service is available, at no cost, to families with children ages 1-17. It includes up to four 45-minute sessions per month, as well as unlimited messaging with your coach. All conversations are completely confidential.

If your family needs additional support, your coach can also provide referrals to therapists and/or child/adolescent psychiatrists.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

Visit bendhealth.com/coaching and select “Get Started” to create your account. Enter your email address. This will take you to a new page, which will prompt you to set up your password. Next, you will be asked to enter your name, birthdate, phone number and insurance provider.

From there, you’ll create a profile for your teen, provide a short medical history and answer a few questions about their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

Once you have submitted this information, your first appointment will be scheduled within 48 hours.

Does Samuel have access to any of the information my family shares during coaching sessions?

No, all information shared with Bend Health is completely confidential.
