The New Manufacturing Alliance is a group of manufacturers, working with educators, workforce development, chambers of commerce, and state organizations to promote manufacturing in the Northeast WI region. Samuel’s PVG team in Marinette, WI was recognized for their leadership through the 'This Girl Can' engagement opportunity. ‘This Girl Can’ provides programs and mentorship training to young girls looking to pursue a career in the manufacturing industry, specifically within the Marinette, WI community. Samuel’s PVG team has been acknowledged for their impactful initiatives, including extending a full-time job offer to one of the program’s first participants this year.

In addition to this significant award, Clayton Reindl was also recognized as one of NEWMA’s 2023 Manufacturing All Stars. This award showcases those who represent standout manufacturing employees and help strengthen their company’s workforce. Clayton’s focus is on increasing efficiencies, quality, and safety through new equipment purchases and training and development programs. He also helps the facility on process development and troubleshooting. Throughout his five years at Samuel, Clayton has proved to be a trusted and respected member of leadership on Shop Floor.

Bobbi Jasurda, Director of Human Resources, PV, expressed the significance of this recognition, emphasizing the importance of collaboration with NEWMA. “Collaborating with NEW Manufacturing Alliance ensures a unified voice for manufacturers, reshaping the perception of manufacturing careers and providing access to a skilled talent pool in Northeast Wisconsin.  Through partnerships SPVG directly connects with high school students, bridging the gap between industry and education to cultivate a motivated and skilled workforce for the future. We love seeing our team members celebrated for their hard work and dedication to the future of manufacturing.”
