A Welcome Message from Our CEO 

Here’s a quick overview of what to expect during your first month at Samuel:

First Day

On your first day, you'll meet with your manager to get familiar with your role, connect with your team and your assigned Samuel Buddy who'll support you during your first weeks. You’ll also get set up with any necessary equipment, tour the facility, and possibly join a team lunch if available.

First Week

You'll get access to Connect, our HR system, where you can request time off, complete mandatory training, and set up your talent profile to highlight your skills and career goals. Mandatory training covers Health & Safety, our Code of Conduct, and IT security to help you get started on the right foot.

First Month

Through Connect, you’ll be able to enroll in company benefits and your Pension or 401(k) plan. If you're a salaried team member, you'll also set up your Performance and Development plan to support your growth at Samuel.
