For real time printing and scanning of pulp bales. The unique bale ID can be linked to a robust 2D bar code for bale inventory and tracking. Scan distances up to 40 feet in varying light - both inside warehouse and outside in full sun. Printing of the bar code is achieved with low cost water based inks. These industrial printing systems come complete with: mechanical, electrical, Windows based controls with diagnostics, available Allen-Bradley ControlLogix remote communication modules, heavy duty printheads and barcode scanners.
