Our Interview Process
Submit Your Application
Use our online system to share your expertise with Samuel. We are an equal opportunity employer and we welcome all candidates.
Phone And/Or Video Interview
After reviewing your application, a member of our talent acquisition team will contact you if the role seems like a good fit. You will be interviewed by phone and/or asked to complete a video interview.
On-Site Interview
You will be invited to a Samuel location to meet with the hiring manager and other members of the Samuel team.
Offer
If you are successful, you will be contacted by phone with a verbal offer, followed by a formal written offer. You have two business days to respond. Offers are conditional on completing our background check.
