Samuel Stamping Technologies accesses highly advanced processing equipment in Samuel facilities conveniently located in the heart of the Manufacturing Belt and beyond.  This includes: coil slit, pickling, slitting, annealing, tension leveling, cut-to-length, edging, plate burning, saw cutting, rectangular, configured blanks and roll forming. 

 

We offer a diverse range of capabilities, including Electro-Galvanized, Galvanneal, HRP&O, Cold-Rolled, Aluminized Aluminum, and Stainless Steel.  Our processing also includes a variety of pre-painted metals, including primed and finished coated material, with the capability to apply protective vinyl, stucco emboss, woodgrain, and a Seville coined pattern on material.

 

Our facilities offer the flexibility needed to create the right size and door you need from a single highly reliable source.  Because our embossing dies are interchangeable on each of our presses, our production schedules are more flexible allowing us to better serve our customers.  Utilizing our interchangeable and convertible dies, advanced processing equipment and skilled personnel we are able to provide the best one-stop source for quality metal door skins.
