SAMUEL METAL BLANKING
Samuel Metal Blanking utilizes the most up-to-date processes and equipment to eliminate waste, reduce handling, and minimize your overall costs per piece. We take metal processing and JIT to a higher level by processing coil into an immediately useable form for customers using blank fed processes. Material is shipped in the correct quantity just prior to its use thus eliminating coil handling equipment, coil inventory floor-space, and inventory costs. Samuel Metal Blanking achieves cost effective pricing by grouping customer orders together in order to fully utilize expensive capital equipment such as presses, cranes, coil leveling and coil handling equipment. This frees up customer capital to be used on the value added processes particular to their finished product. Our wide range of blanking capabilities, thorough knowledge of the industry, skilled professional personnel, advanced equipment, and commitment to quality has built our industry-wide reputation as a reliable source for flat first stage developed blanks since 1988.
Our technologically advanced presses and feed systems can accommodate coil up to 72" wide, 1000 P.I.W., with beds that can handle small blanks right up to the largest blanks in the industry. For each order, gross weight is reduced and waste is minimized by nesting parts as closely together as possible. We provide a fully integrated service and stocking program which reduces your cost of possession. Samuel sales & service, engineering, metallurgy and quality assurance teams ensure our customers’ quality and delivery expectations are met. Support and assistance is provided by highly qualified engineering, metallurgical and blanking personnel. Packaging, including skids, bins and stacking is to your specification.
The Samuel, Son & Co., Limited network is behind us, to ensure our customers receive fast, accurate delivery of the configured blank, each and every time.
