Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prepares weekly and monthly shipping reports.

  • Checks scrap percentages for setup.

  • Calculates and reviews scrap and setups to ensure accuracy.

  • Prepares weekly ship lists.

  • Prepares for and participates in physical inventories and audits.

  • Verifies and prepares internal and external purchase orders.

  • Prepares invoicing for designated branches.

  • Assists with process and system testing for designated branches.

  • Other duties as assigned.



  • High school diploma required.  College diploma or certificate in administration preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in office administration.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel).

  • Working knowledge of AS400 is an asset.

  • Energetic, hard worker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated organization and attention to detail.
