Prepares weekly and monthly shipping reports.
Checks scrap percentages for setup.
Calculates and reviews scrap and setups to ensure accuracy.
Prepares weekly ship lists.
Prepares for and participates in physical inventories and audits.
Verifies and prepares internal and external purchase orders.
Prepares invoicing for designated branches.
Assists with process and system testing for designated branches.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma required. College diploma or certificate in administration preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience working in office administration.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel).
Working knowledge of AS400 is an asset.
Energetic, hard worker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated organization and attention to detail.
