BRP Awards Samuel et Fils Highest Award, Gold Plaque, for Customer Service for 2011
Samuel Quebec has enjoyed a strong mutually beneficial relationship with BRP (Bombardier Recreational Products) these past 20+ years.
As a major strategic partner for BRP we have worked closely together contributing to cost reductions over this time.
Samuel as the sole supplier of all flat rolled metals to both BRP and selected major sub-contractors has evolved with BRP as their production schedule, once concentrated into an 8 months period bringing with it several hundred changes per month, to today’s model which concentrates the major production share in a 4 month timeframe with minimal changes.
As a major corporation BRP implemented vendor ratings and a recognition program in the late 1990’s and Samuel has always scored at the top of their major suppliers.
Since 1998 we have been awarded the Silver plaque denoting the second highest level of recognition they award a total of 7 times. In 2009 and again for 2011 we have been awarded their highest award the Gold plaque.
This is a reflection of the dedication, teamwork and commitment of all persons and departments involved in and underlines the belief in the Samuel way of servicing our vital business partners our customers.
